About us
We translate Westlaw's depth into usable steps for real matters
Our contributors are attorneys, librarians, and legal operations specialists who have spent years guiding teams through Westlaw rollouts, refreshers, and matter-specific research sprints.
Our story
Westlaw Club began in 2019 as a small internal playbook capturing repeatable ways to get reliable answers out of Westlaw. As more teams requested the guide, we formalized it into a publicly available resource focused on practical, jurisdiction-aware workflows.
We avoid hype and superlatives. Instead, we document clear steps, decision points, and validation checks that fit how attorneys, librarians, and knowledge teams really work. The emphasis is on reducing rework, avoiding stale citations, and keeping briefs and agreements aligned with firm standards.
Today we continue to refine the playbook with feedback from litigation, corporate, and regulatory practices. Every example is grounded in realistic timelines and measurable outcomes that can be tracked over time.
